Achievements

Academic

Our academic achievements during the past 10 years speak about our excellence. In S.S.L.C. sending more than 500 boys every year, we have achieved more than 95 % result every year. The State Rank achieved by our pupil master S.Shanmugavel Mani who scored 488/500 in 1997, is an example for our excellence. In the S.S.L.C we could score the centum result only once, when in 2000, all the 517 pupils passed out successfully.

In the Higher Secondary, we achieved the 100 percent pass in 1997 and after that we only narrowly miss the magic figure. Most of our boys score centum in individual subjects too. Year after year plenty of our boys get selection in Medical, Engineering and other professional courses. Thanks to the efficient teaching, and training programmes provided in our school and by our Management through S.P.G.Chidambaram - Nagammal school of Excellence. We strive to achieve centum result as well as centum in all individual subjects in both S.S.L.C and Higher Secondary in the coming years.

Sports & Games

Our achievements in sports and games speak many things. Every year we produce champions not only in track events but in games like hockey, foot ball, Basket ball and Ball badminton. Many of our boys have represented and won laurels in State and National level games. Our school has set unbreakable records in District Level Tournaments. Keeping in mind the saying 'Sound mind in a sound body' we provide ample opportunities for all the boys in sports and games, karate and yoga.
